Safety Elementsusing the "TAKE OFF PAD"
and Inflatable hand grab Balloon.

In my own opinion, the type of safety elements should be incorporated into a building constructed in an earthquake zone is a take off pad in the 3rd floor up to the highest level floor of the building. This is the preparation incase there would be an alarmed of 6 to 7 magnitude on the earth quake strike on the area.
And all the people in each floor should have pre-drill twice a month for this type disaster so that all know when and how to prepared there selves during this event of earth quake will strike. And in the take off pad of the building there should have a room or area where people can run to access there flying inflatable gadgets as there life vest before jumping into the building. This take off pad area will be in a form of sliding out easily together with there hand grab inflatable balloon.
And this will be made and prepared regularly for in times of emergencies.
Again, this type of life saving elements should be made during the designing of the building and will be prioritized in each floor of the building and the capacity of all the life saving inflatable balloon that will be used individually during the jumping and exiting the nearest area of disaster. And well ventilated take off pad area with engulf designed along the wall for avoiding pressure from outside and can really be a good access for jumping down to safety. I think this type of safety element will definitely safe a lot of lives in the near future.
