In my opinion, the type of safety elements should be incorporated into a building constructed in a tornado zone is a sliding access inside the house and outside the house. A small compartment under neath the ground 5 feet and well supported and ventilated with pipe line and ground level flug in in the inside access. There should be a law that requires this type of safety elements for tornado strike.
