I have been a sergeant at this station for quite some time now. I started here back in 1994 and you conducted my interview. After 14 years here, I'm absolutely proud and happy to be serving with what I think is the best police force in the country.
After these five years as a sergeant, I believe it is time for me to move up. The following is a list of some of my accomplishments over these 15 years:
I believe that I am ready for the promotion and I would continue to serve the city as a lieutenant. My record shows my drive, perseverance, and loyalty to this station.
Captain, I thank you for taking time out of your day to read this letter. Please contact me on my cell if you wish to talk more about this. The number is 000-000-0000.
Sincerely,Sergeant Carrie Hand
