I am writing to you because it has been six weeks since my first letter to you concerning my gas grill problems. I still have not received a reply from your company. I am enclosing a copy of my previous letter to you concerning this problem, as well as another copy of my purchase receipt.

I have not used my grill since the date of the first letter, nor have I purchased another grill yet. I would like to know what the course of action your company is willing to take with this problem. Please advise by return mail.
