Dear Mr. Mathers
Valley Staffing would love to take part in the annual job fair once again. Please have Ms. Pathway reserve one table and two chairs for us.
Thomas will be absent from your class on the following days: Monday through Wednesday, February 9th through the 11th. Our family needs to attend to important family business out of state which requires all of us to go. I have already informed the principal, Dr. Jacobs, of the situation.

We are also requesting the use of a videotape player and a large television, as well as close reach to an electrical outlet, so that we may show videotape of a few of our clients and services. We have found that these marketing tools greatly aid prospective job seekers in knowing what type of employment we can offer them as well as what assistance we can offer concerning resume's and interviews.

We are expecting to have many job openings for seasonal work this year as well as current part-time job listings.
