Request the availability for a wedding hall

Dear Ms. McCrakken

My daughter and her fiancé are to be married on Saturday, Novermber 20. We have attended a number of events at your wedding hall and we are considering having the wedding reception at your hall as we have been pleased with the service you provided for others.

Please let me know if the date is open for an afternoon reception and dinner, and send us menus and price lists. Also please send any other requirements you would need to have for the event.
