Very dear friends of ours will be leaving in a few weeks for a trip to Tuscany. As a surprise, I would like to arrange a small dinner party with a Tuscan menu for Saturday February 7.

Could you propose a Tuscan menu and give us a price for a party of eight at our home? Two of my personal favorite appetizers include bruschetta with grilled eggplant, and prosciutto and figs. Entrees I enjoy include saltimbocca ala Romana, and swordfish with orange sauce.
