Dear Ms. Fields
As we discussed, I would like to receive a bid from your company for airline travel for the Hometown High School Theater Club, departing Hometown for London on May 10.

There will be sixteen students plus three chaperones on the trip. We would like you to investigate group rates from major airlines as well as consolidator and charter airline fares. In addition we would expect a discount on the ticket prices as a partial rebate of your travel agent's commission.

We will be seeking competitive bids from two other travel agents, including an agency from out of the area recommended by an online travel site.
