My wife and I recently flew from Pittsburgh to Miami on Freedom Airlines.

My wife has some difficulty walking, and must use a walker and occasionally a wheelchair to get around. Before the trip, we were very concerned about her comfort on the flight.

The flight attendant on this flight, Barb Cicarro, could not have been more gracious or considerate. She went out of her way to help us from the moment we came on board until we were met at Miami by a porter with a wheelchair.
