Dear Mr. Atlas
I joined American Fitness approximately seven weeks ago after seeing an introductory ad on television for your clubs. In the ad spot it was stated that I would have of aerobics classes and Martial Arts Fitness Training as well as use of all the equipment and the pool. This I thought was worth the $500 price for membership.
Since joining I have not seen mention of either aerobics or Martial Arts training. I asked about this and no one had a reasonable answer. I tried to make use of the equipment, but each time the equipment I wanted to use was either busy or down for maintenance. The same occurred with the pool which was down for a week with unexplained problems. This has become unacceptable to me.
