I want to thank you for your prompt reply to my latest letter concerning the problems I have had with a Hometown gas grill I had purchased earlier this year.
As per your instructions, we have delivered the defective grill to one of your service centers where it will be packed up and returned to your factory. I have also used the credit voucher issued by the Hometown Grill Company for the purchase of a new and tested model from our local retailer in town. I appreciate the issuance of the credit voucher and thank you for sending it. As of this letter, the new grill has been set up and seems to be operating normally.
