Our daughter Havana is very much enjoying her first few weeks at your nursery school. We are very pleased that she has become so comfortable with her new surroundings.

I would like to ask if you could help us with one small problem. Havana is on the shy side when it comes to asking to use the bathroom. Because of this we would like to ask if you or one of your teachers would suggest to her that she take a break and use the facilities a few times during her day there.
