This letter is in regards to the following account:

I am requesting that you cancel my subscription to the Hometown News effective immediately.

| For the past two weeks I have received the newspaper in damaged condition as it was either soaked or the pages were ripped, making the paper unreadable. This is because the newspaper delivery person has either failed to reach the covered porch during in climate weather or had simply tossed the paper into the shrub in front of the house.

I have called the circulation department with my concerns each time and it appears nothing has been done to rectify the situation. As of this morning, the paper was again soaked and unreadable. Since it appears that I would be better off going to pick up the newspaper at the newsstand this is what I will do from now on.
