Dear Customer Service
This is my second request looking for the status of a $50 rebate from the purchase of a computer printer. I mailed the original request and paperwork for the rebate over eight weeks ago; as of today January 24, 2009, no payment of this rebate has been received.
I am including copies of all required paperwork for this rebate.
As I have made many purchases at your stores for both business and personal needs, I expect to receive this rebate before I make any further purchases at Computer Outlets, or recommendations to friends and associates to shop your stores.
Please let me know the status of the rebate.
