Employers letter of recommendation

Employers letters of recommendation are sensitive documents. They're extremely important to job applicants, and should be issued with due care and emphasis on quality.

As an employer, you will recognize that the key information in a good letter of recommendation from an employer is all practical, and highly informative.

The reader of your letter needs to see:

  • Experience
  • Skill sets
  • Competence
  • Reliability
  • Positive character references to each quality
  • Contact details for further information
