The following agreement represents the full contract between the Homeowner Morgan Freed, and the Contractor Wayne Myers for the performance of maintenance work on the following property:

The Contractor agrees to perform the following work:
ROOFING SHINGLE REPAIR
ROOFING SHINGLE REPLACEMENT
GUTTER CLEANING
GUTTER AND SOFFIT REPLACEMENT
The Homeowner agrees to pay the Contractor a total sum of $1200 for the work listed above. Payments for said work shall be provided in the following installments:

Twenty-five percent (25%) payable upon start of the work.
Fifty percent (50%) payable upon completion of the roof portion of the work.
Twenty-five percent (25%) payable upon completion of the entire work order.
The Contractor agrees to obtain any needed permits or permissions to perform the work. The Contractor will carry worker's compensation and liability insurance. The Homeowner is hereby relieved of any liability to the full extent of the law.
