A written warning is a forewarning in the form of a letter. Written warnings are far more serious than verbal warnings. Anyone recievign a written warning should proceed with caution and begin taking action immediately to improve the current situation.

This is to inform you this is your first written warning and third warning total. This letter is to confirm this warning as well as the two previous warnings (verbal) in the past. It is pertinent you improve your behavior and misconduct. Please remember upon termination from the training program.
