Example of Letterhead

A letterhead is a design, usually incorporating a graphically designed logo and contact information for a business. Letterheads are applied to all business documents and stationery, and act as a form of reference, advertising, and in paper records function as document front pages. Letterheads were the status symbols of some businesses in the 20th century, acting as presentation tools. Modern letterheads are typically computer designed, and on the internet act as graphic hyperlinks to the business home page. They still form part of the corporate image, and are generally used on all forms of communication in various forms of emphasis.
