Notes on Employee Time Card Template Example

To use this Example Employee Time Card, fill in the information fields with the correct information.
Filling in the starting date in Week of will automatically fill in the Day column with the corresponding days of the week.
Fill in each column with the number of hours worked the totals will add up automatically in the Total Hours for the Week automatically.

Hours worked: This column is for total regular hours worked each day.
Overtime Hours: Fill this column in for overtime hours.
Vacation Time: Fill in this column for vacation hours.
Sick/Personal Days: Use this column for sick hours/days.
Unpaid Leave: Use this column for unpaid hours/days.

Total hours for the week will be calculated automatically as you fill in the hours for each day.
In the Hourly Rate row, fill in each column with your own hourly rates for each column.
Total Pay for the Week will be calculated automatically as you fill in the other fields.
